Ingredients

Whip the feta
  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese drained and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper
Honey pistachios and cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup shelled roasted unsalted pistachios
  • 0.33 cup dried cranberries

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 serving bowl

Method

Whip the feta
  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper; process for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping once to scrape down the sides, until very smooth.
  2. Spoon the whipped feta into a serving bowl.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
Make the topping
  1. Warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring, just until runny.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Stir in the pistachios and dried cranberries.
  4. Spoon the topping over the chilled feta.

Notes

For the smoothest dip, soften the cream cheese before processing. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free feta, cream cheese, and yogurt.
